Mish--I critiqued the draft. Its a disaster looking for a place to happen. It gives the czar so much power, that if I were the CEO of GM, I would tell the govt to stuff it, declare ch 11, and let the govt be put on defense. If they wanted to help, I would consider letting the czar represent us before the judge. However, only if they provided us with funding. They use to call this a game of chicken
