What happens when there is a negative yield, like the 3 month today? Is the interest just zero or is there reverse payment of yield?

Hi Hawk, I'm not 100% positive but it seems to me we've see big funds assigned to that part of the world. The Grand Cayman's etc. BVI the British Virgin Islands is an even better place to domicile Hedge Funds and Private equity... banks etc.

Stanford Financial Group provided some numbers and research particularly recommending BVI.

I can not see why the Govt has to set up "fake hedge funds"
but we shall see.
