Yeah, I'm not sure how they're going to transport the electricity. But the investment they're making in oil does suggest they think there is a hell of a lot remaining to be gotten.

Part of the problem for the Saudis is most of their crude is sour, making it more difficult to sell. They may have tons of it but even at the height of the crude boom, there were reports that Saudi tankers were sitting in ports with tons of Saudi oil but with no where to ship it.
