Us hashheads don't know what to do. I remember back in the 80's on an LA Law episode, at a senior center this old guy was acting strangely energetic and goofy. His lawyer realizes what was going on, and exclaims "you're on the toad, aren't you?" (earlier in the show they had a couple minutes discussing and showing those South American frogs that make you hallucinate if you lick them.....lol)

You know a fair bit about the famous geo/engineer and translator Hoover, and the myths that have been propagated about his actions, here he and they get compared to recent developments by a most excellent ex-SIer - acting-man.com If governments would just do their job and prosecute perps of rampant fraud, operate bankruptcy courts for the failures, keep the streets clean, and otherwise just back off and leave things the hell alone, the downer parts of the business cycle would work themselves out a lot faster, side effect is we'd have a more awake and healthier population
