We need to BLAME the politicians. (If they did not write sufficient safeguards into the 'bailout' appropriations bills, so that executives of the firms receiving said taxpayer funding are not specifically prohibited from doing such things.... Then what would you expect from the guys? They are going to 'take the money and run', unless specifically prohibited from that, right?) It's the crap politicians who are still in deep with the Big Business kleptocracy....
