I think in a free country anyone who owns a business can work for who ever he wants and not to work for who ever he doesn't want to

If religion were not a factor but personal principle and conscience were, what then?

For example: Some research says men think about sex once a minute (every fifty-two seconds to be precise). Most unmarried men are actively seeking sexual interests where ever they go and one in five married men are seeking sexual activity outside their marriage. Should a woman who is happily married, or for some other reason 'not available,' be able to refuse to be seated in a cube at work with five men, if the above statistical facts make her uncomfortable, and still keep her job? Provided there are reasonable alternatives of course.

Of course not. Why should anyone be fined for declining a particular wedding?

But a photographer in NM HAS been fined for declining a gay marriage.

Do you agree with that action or not?
