GTMO -> Leavenworth Problem solved. I suspect there are legal problems with that arrangement, although I don't know it for sure. If they could do it legally, I'd be all for it. What we DON'T need is to put these people on trial. I don't really care where they put them, but they need to stay locked up and they need to stay out of the criminal justice system. Other than that, I don't really care.
