Under Saddam, neighborhoods were actually integrated, but that's not really the case now. Sunnis have their enclaves and Shiites theirs. Bush is a MORON and all his policies have been MORONIC, yet YOU seem to want to defend them. It has NOTHING to do with Party Affiliation or any sort of ideology, it's just TRUE. I don't understand why you would want to blindly defend stuff that has no defense.
