Hi Shorts - you'll note I said "almost no useful info."

are you kidding me? You really expect to find useful posts on a message board indicating a stock is a good one?

I do hope for a few useful posts and I go through the boards quickly, ignoring all the "to the moon" "chart says double, etc."

I do read many of the so-called bash posts, largely trying to determine if there is substance to the posts or if they are just an attack on posters or FUD or generic bash.

I would never buy or sell based on a message board post but sentiment is a factor I take into consideration.

Hows is My scam is OK but yours isn't? does that work for you?

I do believe that's true. I think to some extent it's human nature, but when someone is long, he tends to ignore the negatives. That's why I find it amusing to see negative posters sometime bullish on stocks that are just as risky as the stocks they "bash."

Happy investing :-)

Imo all kinds of "nuggets in the streams" - if one is looking.
