(but is in 'in question' with the Federal Courts any longer??????) That would seem to be mostly all that matters in the real world.... I understand they rejected the one case - Leo Donofrio's case that challenged BOTH Obama's and McCain's 'legal ability to serve' - so that one is legally dead now: politico.com So... have you any NEW information about any of the dozens of other cases that were filed? Any new action in the past week or so?
