GULF PRODUCTION MONITOR: December 11, 2008 Gulf production swung back down to 9.6 Bcf/d in evening flows, a 340 MMcf/d drop from yesterday. The majority of the decline is in Texas Onshore production and is spread across several pipes. NGPL, Tenn, and Transco are all posting declines of around 50 70 MMcf/d this morning. Tenn continues to post potential restriction through station 47 which has not caused any significant supply loss to date but may be putting pressure on the line with higher demand. NGPL posted that it is at capacity on Segment 27 and Transco currently has a system wide OFO in effect due to high demand.
