Dennis Miller made some interesting observations. Barack Hussein Obama came out of the Chicago political machine. Obama associated with the raving Reverend Jeremiah Wright for political connections and expediency. They were close until it was no longer expedient, then he was just a person in the pulpit. Obama associated with convicted felon Tony Rezko, whose wife helped the Obama secure a sweetheart deal on their Chicago house (next to the Rezkos). Rezko was politically connected and helped Obama out with his connections, until Rezko blew up then he was just a person in the neighborhood. Obama worked closely with murderous terrorist William Ayers who admitted to being a terrorist and has never repented. Ayers helped Obama with his political connections in Chicago. They served on boards together and ever shared the stage. Obama launched his political career at a fundraiser at Ayers and his terrorist wife's house. Eventually when it became politically expedient, he claimed he was just a person. Obama worked with Blagojevich and even supported him for reelection in 2006 after it was announced that the Justice Department was investigating Blagojevich. The Illinois Governor's wife made over $700,000 last year in real estate working with companies that did business with the state. Apparently, she was involved in the deal with Rezko's wife to get the Obamas a deal on their house. Axelrod said he knew that Obama had discussed filling the Senate seat with Blagojevich. Now Obama said he has had no contact with the Governor since the election despite being photographed together on December 2nd. This is a man we are led to believe is brilliant and wise. At best, Obama is naive and dangerously oblivious. His history of associations with people like them is more than troubling if he is that smart. The pattern of working closely with people who later are exposed as kooks and crooks seems dangerous. Dennis Miller was far funnier and better spoken than I wrote.
