I think the press is going on what Axelrod said last month about the discussion to appoint a replacement. As far as I can tell, no one except for the putrid remants of humanity called the Republikan Socialist Party think Obama had anything to do with Blago's silliness.

OTOH, I think it's abundantly clear that Sarah Palin was intimately involved with Ted Stevens.

Or so I've heard...I don't know for sure...the suspicions are certainly there.
