Jon, except for a few minor (and expected) glitches, Datek has been working fine for me lately. And the fundsin/fundsout sytem seems to be OK now. I will not entrust all of my account to Datek, but I have decided to maintain the account. Now that my "nervous period" is over I will stop following this thread.

By the way, did you look into BROC? It was moving up a bit today on much higher volume even though the general market was bad. Zacks upgraded BROC to "Strong Buy". Earnings will be announced Monday.

Jon You wrote that Datek does not charge margin interest on the Day trades. Do you know if they charge on the dayly or weekly basis? The reason I ask is I wonder if it make sence on a very big margin position to sell on Friday night and buy back on Monday morning if it beats $20 in transaction fees.
