MVP is correct in stating that RMCW or RMIL "does not own any interest in MVP stock." The owner of the stock is PRTI which is/was partially owned by RMCW, now RMIL. The key question (which I can't find out) is how much of PRTI did RMCW own at the time of the proposed merger. If they owned a controlling position (typically 50+ %) they can claim the asset......but should only state it (as I have noted) with footnotes indicating that that asset is under contention.

One other point. Given the ownership path, there is absolutely no reason why Morgan should have had a MVPH certificate in his hands (other than a xerox copy)...he has had nothing to do with PRTI, ever.

The only reason that I keep bringing up the $14 million asset issue is that it respresents nearly 90% of the total assets claimed in the RMIL 8K. If it is not really there, this is a very different company from a fundamentals point of view.

I fully recognize that fundamentals don't mean a thing to the short squeeze believers.
