No, not really.

Since I regard it as likely that the Supreme Court will not accept *any* of these cases for formal arguing in it's term --- then I believe that it is also likely that various wingnuts out there will NEVER be of the opinion that the 'Supreme Court has definitively weighed-in' (as you phrased it.)

Therefore I believe it is likely that wingnuttery and conspiracy fans will continue to file similar suits in various venues --- (although they will be summarily dismissed ever and anon. :-)
