It presumes he knew there was a sale going on I am sure Obama did. He didn't come out of 20 years of Chicago politics a virgin. But that is why he probably used a cutout. All good pols do. OTOH, he was so close to this man that he may have heard from him directly. "What's in it for me?" is the standard question all Pols will ask in a manner of this kind. Most aren't this blatant, but you know it's going on constantly at all levels. We like this one because it's a "gotcha" on Obama.
