It's technically a motion in the 1994 case, so I would guess that the same Judge would get it as handled the '94 case, unless, of course, Microsoft can get him disqualified.

Recall that this was the same judge who got reversed on appeal because he would not endorse the Consent Decree. That alone will not disqualify him, of course.
