I am only the focal point. I don't do anyone elses research into the company or companies. Most of the people in the cartel have been shareholders for a while. I bought into OVIS two weeks ago after I tripped over it while doing some research.

All company information should be retrieved from the company themselves. And as I have stated in the past. I am not, nor ever been an employee or receiving any benefit from OVIS for forming this cartel to increase shareholder value. Our goal is not to run the company or form a takeover group, but one to increase shareholder value through our interest in this growth company.

My post to AOL tonight!
------------------------

Subj: New Investor!!!!
Date: 97-08-07 00:07:16 EDT
From: NYC AFTRA

New investor in OVIS. I have bought 7600 shares at .20 to .22. I may be buying more before this one breaks out of this MM short selling cycle. I may buy another 10,000 to 13,400 tomorrow morning! This would put me at 20,000 long shares.

I understand that many lost alot of green in the 1-30 reverse split. These things happen and they will continue to happen. All the whinning in the world will not stop it, as it has happened already. I have lost money on stocks in the past (Over $95,000 in one week on NYER). I don't complain about it, I just got caught up in the hype about it. So goes life. Move on and seek other ventures out.

I see OVIS as a great turnaround play. As to the BOD's 1.8 million shares as compensation at these levels. GREAT, that means that they expect the stock to really move NORTH very shortly.

Hell, I would rather be compensated with tons of low price restricted shares, than a small amount of higher priced shares, if I knew the stock was about to fly higher. It's called business!

A MM short squueze could boost this one over $20 to $30 a share in a matter of weeks or days. This I believe is what some MM are becoming scared of. Hell the float on this one is very low, and who knows what the MM has sold short.

The same as in WAR (SALUTE)

S= size
A= activities
L= location
U= unit
T= time
E= equipment

As in WAR, we the long team don't need to reveal to the short team our cards. Sure they know we are here, but they don't know how strong we are. But we have some idea as to their numbers.
------------------------------------------------------
For the following reason the cartel numbers are classified.

1. If you are not in it, you don't need to know the amount.
2. We have a lot of shares already in the cartel.
3. For .25 cents a share, many are buying or bought more OVIS.

Is the cartel growing stronger every day?
Are we about ready to close the loop?

I have a large stake in OVIS also.
I have over 20,000 shares of OVIS myself. Sure I formed the cartel after buying in some two weeks ago, and I only bought in after I researched the company and found some interesting points (FACTS) and not opinions.

1. Small public float.
2. Company has been turned around into the right direction.
3. Growth in the field should continue for some time.
4. Increase in the projected revenues.
5. A high reported naked and regular short position.
6. The current cheap stock price far undervalues this stock!
-----

As to your comment: "I would also be grateful if you would temper your promotional and speculative comments".

I am not a promoter, I simply organized the shareholder value cartel to place them on the same page. We are each individual shareholders with a common interest in getting this stock to it's proper value. Our purpose is not to run the company or even try to take it over. We are only here to talk between ourselves via a private email list that I have set up, and in fact are for all shareholders in OVIS. Even if they don't take the time to join the cartel, or answer my email in a private forum (a hint, Ken...).

As far as the speculative comments remark. All penny stocks are speculative investments, and no one should ever sink money that they can not afford to lose into them. And being speculative is why you buy into stocks in the first place. You speculate that they will raise and make you money, I don't speculate to lose money, even though I have seen these types of investors!

Answers 101: Please read this thread as the answers are redundant!

I did my own research and telephone calls and reading to get all my information.

Second, I can not manipulate the stock. I only have around 25,000 in my account.. We as a cartel are all individual shareholders with a growing concern to increase or share value. Those whom have been into OVIS for a long time would agree that this stock has been shorted and manipulated my the market Markers down to this area to try and force them out of business and not covering their short positions. This would make their shorts FREE from capital gains taxes. But they did not expect the company to survive and start with a strong comeback!

The fair market value af this company within the next 12 to 18 months should be around $15 to $20.

A short is a short is a short. When you have 1.6 million total public shares and let us say 4 million shares calling cert's on the same day. Well they have to cover that stock they sold naked.
The MM have to cover some 2.4 million shares in the above situation. Am I saying we have that many shares in the cartel. No I am not, I used that amount as an example. Plain and simple.

Those wishing to join the cartel send me private email to the address here on SI.

Matty,

Way to hit Mikey where it hurts! Love the info. Hey guys, lay off Matty. He is a good guy, just curious is all. I know he is a fence sitter, but hey, those fence sitters can help out the cause too you know. Can you imagine as the price starts to rocket up all the people who have been sitting on the sidelines who will try and get in just to get a piece of the pie, and the Daytraders, and God knows who else, I can almost smell death in the air, Hey Mork, got water, better get some I think it is about to get HOT!

RBM

P.S. Please stop bashing Matt, he's doing his DD and trying to get some answers, its okay to question anything, if you don't like it then just don't respond. JMO

The cartel is for all shareholders.
This action of forming a cartel was to gather a count of LONG OVIS shareholders.

The cartel has a method of buying and how to sell our shares in the event of a short squeeze. If all members follow the cartel buying and selling guidlines we will slay the bears in this matter.

(To okee-boy) I will add his shares to your total for a proper count, after he buys them let me know! When a squeeze is set into motion then you can contact him and tell him to act.

Like I have said in the past, I get nothing in return for forming this cartel. My only reward is my own share value is increased.

Riley G
Ovis Shareholder

New members should contact me and report the shares offically to my private email account. That way you get the cartel email service email that I send out. It sometimes can be a few inportant messages and questions answered to the cartel. It's also the only way to find out the cartel strength, and I am the only one that knows who's on the list!

Wait for a CARTEL calling.
Imagine the power of all 1.6 million shares calling in the cert. on the same DAY.

We may be calling in more than 1.6 million shares as I don't want to give away our total strength.Say we have 2.5 million cartel shares, this is 900,000 known shorted shares in the cartel as there is only 1.6 public floated shares. Also take into account the non-internet shareholders that have no idea about the cartel.

The shorts may be guessing as to our numbers, as they may think we are a joke or prank. Well those in the cartel know the real deal and you have seen them buying the stock for the past week. Notice the last two days!
