Nielsen publishes them. Fox News has been a success, but just for a cable news network, not when compared to the real networks. Their entertainment network has been a huge success that competes with and sometimes wins against the 3 established networks. I would like to say they did it by lowering the bar, but the programs on the other networks are pretty low down, themselves. American Idol, which plagiarized the old StarSearch, which plagiarized Ted Mack's Amateur Hour which plagiarized vaudeville talent shows continues to amaze me. I have heard some of the singers, and they are pretty awful. I may even watch an episode some day.
