<<<Like we've all been had, right in front of our eyes........IC>>>>

We were, IC. The dishonorable judge Gonzales in his kangaroo court chose to rubber stamp Ampex's fake bankruptcy even though James' affadavit proved ampex management to be corrupt. This is how money and influence (good ol boy network) is ruining this country. I really was naive in thinking they would never do this; but in the end, Ed Bramson, Gordon Strickland, and McKibben are true white collar crooks and hopefully they will get what they deserve. These rich morons never get enough, just keep on screwin' the shareholders from their positions of power.

I'm about as naive as Karen Dexter telling me Ed Bramson is a financial genius ;^)

Doubt if it is much comfort, IC, but I also doubt there is any connection between that company and the Ampex we knew at all.
I just did a lightning skim of the K, and it is strictly an Israeli company. They simply saw the value in the name I guess---it always had intrinsic value but management never figured out a way to use it.

This company has 8.7 million redeemables outstanding (which literally made me laugh out loud.

About 27 million common shares.

Trading over present cash value;so I do not know how they managed that valuation in this market. Perhaps the principals have very high reputations.

valuehunter, you have no right to say you were duped - you were warned 3-years ago when the stock went below $40 by a very smart investor called nomadinx at Ampex on Yahoo Finance - you and your whole herd of ignorant follow the billion dollar bull crapper sheeple simply lied to yourselves fantasizing big ass deals when there was nothing but a pile of debt and rampant obsolescence.
