Just listened to the interview on Bloomberg with Steve Ballmer. He did a great job of repeating the same old lines, and avoiding the quetion of whether IE is separate: "I'm not an expert on competition law....." "We have counsel who assures us we can innovate and improve the OS..." "But the consumer is benefitting from this...." "We're adding value...." "We feel the obligation to improve the O/S for the customer..." blah blah blah, but pointedly failing to answer the separation question directly. He sounded like he was squirming quite uncomforably to me. Neil.
