WOW!! Sounds good on the surface.. I wonder if that's ALL over or in selected markets... Wonder if they have anything in Palm Springs, CA?? We are still looking, watching and waiting for prices to fall more there..

In reality though, we are far more interested in "old" PS and near enough to the town center to walk or bike..
