So how are your efforts to make sure the crazies can pack concealed in the nation's airports going? That's your misunderstanding - the crazies are already packing and the certified good guys that follow and respect laws are barred from self protection should the need arise. Carrying concealed before the scanners and gates - how does anyone really know to what extent it occurs already - the entire point of concealed carry is to conceal. When I carry concealed I don't walk around announcing it to everyone in the restaurant or theater.
