Tomorrow it requires four votes to cause the whole court to hear the case. There is no suspense about how the four leftwingers who don't respect the Constitution will vote. I am not certain about any of the others. Obama's ability to call on a mob of 4 million may intimidate the SCOTUS from reporting what is really happening. Soon we should be able to get back to bickering over whether you were caught in a false statement or it was tecnically not false. ;-)
