I have it after being whiplashed back and forth by SRS these days. More funny is that I am not directly holding it, just am obligated to buy at 100 between now and next Friday.

CR had something showing commercial RE investment:

Zell's fulla $hit. CR's point is that it isn't as big a deal to the overall economy - commercial is 1/20th the size of residential. But it's everything to the REITs.

If anyone wants to take the time to dig into debt schedules, they might find a few of them are BK candidates - in which case they could still be shorted.

CHH is the only one thats a heavy position, not for any particular reason other than sector.
