I think you have to qualify the difference between healthy humor and shrill hysterics that some of the more hateful posters here are known for. For example, Geode00 laughs at many of his own posts ... which are not in the furthest reaches of the imagination humorous in the conventional sense of the word.

PS I thought the one about the man doffing his hat on the golf course was funny.
