True, but there are a couple gaps way above. So maybe theys gotta be filled, but no rule as to when. A gap down that doesn't come up for air wouldn't be good in regards to trend.

this is just an attempt by the autos to break the back of the unions...a big game of chicken
markets will be fine here and much higher a few days from now This is a trap for shorts and a higher close today would not be a surprise. One would guess that we will start hearing rumours of a deal with the autos around noon.
