Actually, this is a replay of before. The republicans are saying more controls must be in place before they invest OUR money, and the democrats will say at the end, it was a better approach to do this right.

Isn't this just more dishonesty/trolling from Kenneth, who is blaming Republicans for obstructing passage of the bailout bill by a Democrat-majority House led by Democrat Harry Reid? Republicans have not learned much from their defeats in the 2006 and 2008 election. Their failure to cooperate with Democrats on loan legislation for the Big 3 auto companies will anger voters in Michigan, Ohio, Pennsylvanis, Indiana, Illinois, Missouri and Wisconsin. They will be seen as obstructionists.
