Ken will likely answer for himself, but on my end I think 2 things happened: I got busy with our Befriendthetrend.com business, and with writing the book and all that has led to...and the markets after 2003 got very quiet, thus killing the BTTT-MAX system with too much choppiness. We had a huge year in 2002-03 (+200%) and haven't been able to replicate that. With this volatility and with the leveraged ETF funds, we may be able to get back to some decent bank, trading the micro-trends.

My guess would be "none of the above". Much of the activity back in those days was due to the fact that the market was being very kind to what we were doing. As conditions changed, interest in all that dropped off. I have since retired (5 years ago) and don't want to spend hours pouring over charts as I did back then. That's why I only watch the eMini futures now. I only care to trade a few times a week, max. But, I still enjoy checking in here on occasion.
