The thing that concerns me is that if cert is denied in all the cases, the issue will be left unresolved, and will take on a life of its own. The question will be left hanging whether the court refused to hear the case because O is a "natural born citizen," (and hearing the case is a waste of the Court's time) or whether they refused the case because of the complications that would result because he isn't.

Resolution of the issue seems so simple to me, just production of the legal birth certificate. I can't get it through my head what the reason would be for refusing to produce the piece of paper that would quash all this speculation.

"by your logic, if you see a thing you want and someone offers you something similar but less desirable item you rejected the thing you thought you wanted when you rejected the lesser substitute."

Eh???????????????

What the HECK do you think you are saying?

(That may resemble something that YOU were thinking about --- but it is in no way congruent with anything that I have said.)

Don't try to claim that's "my logic" when I've said nothing even like that, not one thing....
