What are they gonna do, burn down those empty abandoned factory buildings ? I suppose that's where they start. Then move into the high income areas. What kind of 'hood do you live in? That's what the LA rioters tried to do in the early 90s. They got as far as the border with Beverly Hills. I was on my lunch break when suddenly 20 LAPD squad cars went flying towards Beverly Hills. LA cops along with Santa Monica and Bev. Hills cops repelled the rioters back. Except for those living behind gated communities, the rich are not as safe as think they are.
