Having to deal and negotiate with a union I've come to learn that the biggest obstacle is that there are 3 parties at the table. We have owners that are trying to stay in business, we have workers who are trying to get as much money as they can on their checks and then we have the union who is there to suck as much out of the first two as it possibly can. It's why that site came to be. The head of the UAW is worried about his job not his people's jobs.
