That would be an interesting twist. If that were the case, it begs the rhetorical question, "how did he prove Indonesian citizenship in order to receive the aid?"

This is certainly a curious situation. Better, even, than hanging chads.

here is a fact that I learned from an Indonesian student when I was in college. The government was providing grants to students for foreign study. They came with STRINGS attached.

What if he DIDN'T defraud the Indonesian Gov't (yet), have we elected our first mole?......<gg>
