True. Even worse, though, is that the shuttles are scheduled to go out of service in 2010. The delays mean that with Constellation, we won't have a man-rated vehicle until 2015. So, for 5 years the only way we can get our people to the ISS is with the Russians.

DIRECT could cut the time to 2013. Not ideal, but...
