The suggestion has been made that we'll see a global hike in interest rates as a result of the Hong Kong market crash. Higher rates would benefit Cityscape. CTYS seems to be showing stability this morning; at least, it's not down another 20%. I think at this stage there are better candidates for short sellers: China Telecom is a prime candidate for shorting; shoot, why don't y'all join me in shorting AVNT! -- that dog won't hunt. I think the shorts will begin covering CTYS at these levels to: bank profits, find greener pastures, and avoid a potential short squeeze. - a hopeful loooong
