T: You should enroll through one of the banks in MI that offer home banking and bill pay through QKN. If you go to the online section in QKN, there is an option to "Get Started". From there, click on "Apply for Online Services". Then click on the "Financial Institutions" button and find your bank from the drop down list. I think the banks in your area are First Chicago/NBD, Comerica, First Michigan, Michigan Nat'l, probably a couple of others. Click on your bank's logo and then continue to fill out the form, and send it. It will get to your bank tonight, and they will send you a welcome kit in a few days along with a PIN and instructions on how to do your first download, and away you go.

If you do not bank at any of the banks in the list (shame on your bank), you can still pay your bills directly through QKN and CKFR, click on the Intuit Services Corp button, and you can enroll in bill pay, but you can't download your transactions. Or, you can switch your bank account to one of the banks offering QKN.

If you want to get your AMEX bill, call the 800# that is on the AMEX logo, they will do some magic on their end, give you a PIN (which you are forced to change) and within minutes you can download your statement.

Let me know if you need anything else.....
