In a functioning market, with market pricing in effect....there is no such thing as overbought or oversold....that is the root of the ponzi scheme......they both mean the same thing....WE the trade dont locate, but we do accumulate ledger entries....on demand.

Supply must come from owners....otherwise supply becomes the arbitrary construct of the broken dealer community....and that is our current condition, which is in violation of the first principles laws governing stock issuance.

these terms are routinely imposed as constructs......

but in fact they are terms of obfuscation facilitating systemic theft.
