Hell, Reagan ended the Cold War single-handedly, and everyone knows it, yet they award Gorby? Pathetic. But the $3T war is one of the most incompetent books I've ever read. The guy totally convoluted all known concepts of cost to arrive at the figure, and to have tripled it after his first PR attempt failed was telling. When someone cites the $3T figure, they may as well have "I'm Stupid" tatooed on their forehead.
