"True, but the market always leads the headline news..." I sure as Hell hope so! "... take a look at silver, for example, it's a better buy than gold..." I've read all of those arguments before (&, normally, I'd be believing the argument). But --- with silver having such an important role as an industrial metal, more important a use then it's sales for numismatics or 'precious metal' store-of-value --- I'm not buying it right now. My guess is that the recession will reduce industry's demand so much that silver will not do better than gold for a while....
