Now... just how the Hell could you possibly reach a CONCLUSION that he would "REFUSE a request from any Court of competent jurisdiction to 'produce the documents'" --- especially since NO SUCH REQUEST HAS YET BEEN MADE. :-) Also... perhaps you missed this point: the ONE 'original' is the one that the State of Hawaii has (in it's vault for documents). Any request to 'produce the original for Court examination' would be made TO THE STATE OF HAWAII, since it is their document... (not to Obama). <GGG>
