Good article. And it makes the case for why we can't just focus on labor when dealing with GM's problems. Mgmt is as much to blame with their unwillingness to look at change and to innovate. I firmly believe that GM's stodgy corporate culture is an important reason why its suffering today. And its the harder thing to change. Labor contracts can be amended.......changing the mindset of a corp. is much harder.
