So here's the thing then ole wise one. Perhaps we can find some common ground away from the N.American political/financial battlefield.

Gold just may be the common denominator of all values these days. After all, the past week has seen a significant flow into this commodity, but nothing, as yet compared to Citigroup's call for $2100 by the end of 2009, an objective I must say I can't find much to disagree with.

The heck with attempting to guess who the next 20 Blagojavich's and Mad(e)off's are...If we agree that the N.American woes are in their formative stage, then perhaps we can agree that gold is one of the most likely opportunistic long investments for the next 12 months!

PS. Looks like the negative gold trend of the past month or so has now been reversed, and, if so, looks like it's onwards and upwards for gold for the next year!
