RE: Where are you moving to ? Only 7 blocks down the road. I live in the Rose Garden area of San Jose. I am moving from a house 8 blocks from the Rose Garden, to a serious Doll House that is just 1/2 block from the garden. My wife an I love old homes. We currently own a 1918 California Bungalow, we are buying a 1920's tudor style (almost victorian) with a large lot, and some very big old trees. BTW: The Rose Garden, is a park that has most every species of rose in the world. We share the neigborhood with $1M+ homes.
