A truer word was never spoken>>> Our figures are correct. The
new TA has confirmed the share count.

As far a the alluded to halt> By the time that the SEC takes
the complaint; assigns an investigator; holds investigations;
makes a decision at lower levels; has the decision reviewed by
upper level SEC management; issues a final decision, which in
most cases is nothing more than a simple fine; processes an
appeal by the company; you will be looking at months if not longer.

We will all be basking in the sun in our mansions before this
process is done.

PS Didnt Riley say in his conversation with Dempsey company investor
relation person that their company was late with their paper work?

And remember...The rule sighted says CAN and not MUST.

The SEC is loath to interfer in stock trading simply
on technical violations of paper work which can be easily
remedied by filing the proper forms.

The above is a what if senario.. For all we know...RMIL will can
file for an extension. What are the rules for that?? Or maybe
they are filing tomorrow.

85,000 and not budging!!!
