I always wonder where the people that buy those things think they will be driving them anywhere near their potential. It's much more fun to flog an underpowered or even normal car than to constantly be deliberately holding a very powerful one back.

Sail, if you know someone with a Veyron, do you know anyone with a 1969 or later Ferrari 365 GTB/4 Daytona coupe? Now there is one beautiful car, what lines! One of my all time favorites, and a car I would LOVE to own (at not much more than the sales tax on a Veyron convertible at 2.3 million!)...

Regards,
John

I agree, for $1M+, the Veyron should be a better looking car

Oh, I don't know.......this car looks pretty damn hot to me: <g>

To me, the Bugatti trademark grill is what kills that car. At least BMW changes the shape of its "twin-kidneys" to fit the front end of the particular car. That "tombstone" (or whatever they call it) looks completely out of place. I'm not thrilled with the rear end either.

I guess it's a good thing I don't have a million to spend on a car ... <G>
