Exactly....

(I also hear that he used ONE auditing firm --- in an 'out of the way' place, actually in *one* 12 by 18 foot office, as a possible way to make sure his firm's audits always came up 'clean'.)

Still... I suppose the SIZE of an auditing firm ALONE does not guarantee thoroughness! (See: Arthur Anderson. :-)
