Ah - I was trying to remember where I saw that name. Yeah, ANVH definitely one to avoid. So there you have it. A new way to scam in pinkie stocks, claim to be paying a cash dividend and even list it to be paid months in the future.

As to the filing thing, there's no enforcement so that probably won't compel a filing. However, the share selling scheme seems to be propelling the share price downward.
