Thanks you so much for being a special GIT today. I am improving and finding that life is all about learning and I have learned I should not carry anything up or down the steps weighing more than five or ten pounds as a twenty pound box almost did me in after falling backwards with it, but I surely did hang on to that box on the way down. It had a new Dell printer in it for my home office. It had no serious damage and is installed and working well now. The damage was done to me and has proved to be a terrible experience that I hope will never be repeated. Yes life has its way of teaching you what you can and cannot do. I have surely learned that lesson.

Thanks!!! Today, I think I'm on the mend....didn't have to take most of the major meds.....just the anti-muscle spasm ones.... What is courageous is what our volunteer Military are...and Thanks go to them on a daily basis.... And The last part of my reflection today is just perfect....It's fun to race and do lots, skidding into home base, but sometimes it pays to stop and smell the roses. err...pine bows today....I bought some greens and a couple of fresh wreaths for inside of the house, and they smell just lovely. Also put out some ground cinnamon and ground cloves in small dishes....easy enough to do, and better and cheaper than room spray! Spices are from the big jars at the store, not the spice islands brand.... = courageous : Right : Slow down, I'm movin' too fast; got to make the mornin' last!
