"With the deployment of Asset Insight, Nortel will be able to track its multi-platform desktop hardware and software assets with minimal impact to its internal networks, end users, and technical support staff. James V. Taggart, Tangram's director of VAR channel operations said Nortel's decision to integrate Asset Insight into its desktop-computing environment worldwide confirms the tremendous return on investment and unique advantages offered by Asset Insight. "With information technology costs rising dramatically each year, industry leaders like Nortel are beginning to recognize that they need to know what IT assets they have in order to manage them," Taggart stated. "By implementing Asset Insight, Nortel will have the comprehensive information they need to proactively manage their enterprise- wide assets to support critical business decisions."
